The build, from intake to delivery
This Mercedes-AMG GT came in low-mileage but already showed the swirl marks and water spots that come with a few years of DFW driving. The owner wanted a finish that would hold up to weekend canyon runs without worrying about rock chips on the front end — and the kind of show-grade gloss that earns the AMG badge.
After a documented intake and paint inspection under our garage lighting, we mapped out a multi-day build: a decontamination wash and clay-bar pass, multi-stage paint correction to bring the clear coat back to optical clarity, Full Front PPF wrapped clean to every body line, and a flagship seven-year ceramic coating across the entire vehicle including wheels, glass, and trim.
Final delivery happened on day five with a written summary of the work, before-and-after photos at every stage, an aftercare plan, and the manufacturer warranty paperwork on the film and coating. The vehicle went home to Westlake the same afternoon, and the owner is on a six-month maintenance schedule with the garage.
